What is included in $100 fee?
It is a booth fee for a 12’ x 12’ space. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, and electricity.
Where is Handmade in the Heights Located?
We are on Kavanaugh in the Heights.
What happens if it rains on event day?
This event occurs rain or shine.
What about sales tax?
The state requires us to collect forms for each vendor the DAY OF THE EVENT. We will come by before closing to collect them, if you pay them independently, make a note on the form. If not, you will submit the sales tax for your sales in the provided envelope. EVERYONE must do a form that day.
How can I reach the organizers day of event?

Can I park on a side street and move in?
NO! Everyone must come through check-in at the corner of Polk and Kavanaugh. Our suggestion is to come down Kavanaugh from Cantrell/Kavanaugh light in case a line has already formed. Once you are unloaded, you can go park your car. There is NO PARKING at the Heights Theater parking lot. It is a private lot and you will be towed.
When do I have to be gone from my booth space?
Kavanaugh will re-open at 6 pm so you must be completely cleared from the street and preferably already packed up.
What about bathrooms, etc?
Most of the neighborhood businesses will allow you to use their facilities. If you are solo working your booth, let us know if you need one of us to cover your booth while you go to the restroom.
How many people typically attend Handmade in the Heights?
Expect a crowd was around 5,000 people.
